Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting is the ultimate in frostings! I use it exclusively on my famous carrot cake that I make for the holidays. It is easy to make, and it is very flavorful, delicate, and simply sublime! It is does require cool temperatures, especially when making it, so be sure to lightly soften the cream cheese just enough to work with it. 

Ingredients of Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Preparation of Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
In a small bowl beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form; set aside.

In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth, then fold in whipped cream.
