Classic Macaroni Salad  It was awesome Will make again and again. Thank you for sharing. Just wanted to add, my husband who before now hates macaroni salad now insists that I have this made on hand in the fridge at all times. Everyone Love it

Ingredients of Classic Macaroni Salad
4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
2/3 cup white sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 large onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup grated carrot (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped pimento peppers (optional)

Preparation of Classic Macaroni Salad
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. 

Add the macaroni, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.

In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. 

Stir in the onion, celery, green pepper, carrot, pimentos and macaroni. 

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving, but preferably overnight.

Classic Macaroni and Cheese the flavor and texture of the cheese really comes through in thsi simple recipe. 

Ingredients of Classic Macaroni and Cheese
1 (16 ounce) package macaroni
1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced
1 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk

Preparation of Classic Macaroni and Cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. 

Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

Grease a Two quart casserole dish. 

Place a quarter of the macaroni in the bottom, followed by an even layer of one-quarter of the cheese slices. 

Dot with butter and season with salt and pepper. Repeat layering three times. 

Pour evaporated milk evenly over the top of all. Bake, uncovered, for one hour, or until top is golden brown.

Cindy's Pumpkin Pie It was very easy to make even for a first time novice, and the result turned out great. I brought one to my kid's school and everybody loved it. 

Ingredients of Cindy's Pumpkin Pie
1 1/2 pints vanilla ice cream, softened
3 eggs
1 3/4 cups pumpkin puree
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells

Preparation of Cindy's Pumpkin Pie
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C.) 

Place ice cream near the warm oven to soften.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs. Stir in the pumpkin puree, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. 

Mix in soft ice cream until smooth. Pour filling into two 9 inch pie shells.

Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. 

Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake an additional 30 to 40 minutes, or until filling is set.

Chucks Favorite Mac and Cheese It is easy, creamy, and the sour cream add great flavor. I prefer crumbled triscuits on top and a little bit of cayenne pepper.

Ingredients of Chucks Favorite Mac and Cheese
1 (8 ounce) package elbow macaroni
1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (12 ounce) container small curd cottage cheese
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook until done; drain.

In 9x13 inch baking dish, stir together macaroni, shredded Cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. 

In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs and melted butter. 

Sprinkle topping over macaroni mixture.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until top is golden.

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread the bread is absolutely delicious. I followed the original recipe and it turned out perfect. So moist and delicious, it's hard to stop eating. 

Ingredients of Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
3 cups white sugar
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 

Grease and flour three 1 pound size coffee cans, or three 9x5 inch loaf pans.

In a large bowl, combine sugar, pumpkin, oil, water, and eggs. Beat until smooth. 

Blend in flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt. 

Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Fill cans 1/2 to 3/4 full.

Bake for 1 hour, or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Cool on wire racks before removing from cans or pans.

Ingredients of Chocolate Chip Pancakes
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips

CINNAMON HONEY SYRUP:
1 cup honey
1/2 cup butter or margarine, cubed
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation of Chocolate Chip Pancakes
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. 

Combine eggs, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients and mix well. 

Stir in chocolate chips. Pour the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle. 

Turn when bubbles form on top; cook until second side is golden brown. Keep warm.

Combine the syrup ingredients in a 2-cup microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on high until butter is melted and syrup is hot, stirring occasionally. 

Serve with pancakes.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins is a type of muffins are delicious. I replaced the yoghurt with sour cream and it worked out well.

Ingredients of Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins 
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation of Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins 
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, combine the egg, oil, yogurt and vanilla. 

Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in bananas and chocolate chips. 

Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. 

Bake at 350 degrees F for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 

Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.

1 cup shortening
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs

6 very ripe bananas, mashed
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.

In a large bowl, cream together the shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition. 

Stir in the mayonnaise and bananas. Stir together the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. 

Blend the flour mixture into the banana mixture; stir just enough to evenly combine. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean, about 50 to 75 minutes. 

Cool loaf in the pan for 20 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

Chili I I love it because it has so much rich flavor, not just a tomato based chili flavor. The steak chunks are perfectly tender and delicious. 

Ingredients of Chili I
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground beef
3/4 pound beef sirloin, cubed
1 (14.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes with juice
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle dark beer
1 cup strong brewed coffee
2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon salt
4 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
4 fresh hot chile peppers, seeded and chopped

Preparation of Chili I
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. 

Cook onions, garlic, ground beef and cubed sirloin in oil for 10 minutes, or until the meat is well browned and the onions are tender.

Mix in the diced tomatoes with juice, dark beer, coffee, tomato paste and beef broth. 

Season with brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, cocoa powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, coriander and salt. 

Stir in 2 cans of the beans and hot chile peppers. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Stir in the 2 remaining cans of beans, and simmer for another 30 minutes.

Melt In Your Mouth Shortbread Used chopped Walnuts on top and 1 teaspoon of minced candied ginger for extra flavor cuz' it's the holidays although the recipe is perfect as is too.

1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Whip butter with an electric mixer until fluffy. Stir in the confectioners' sugar, cornstarch, and flour. 

Beat on low for one minute, then on high for 3 to 4 minutes. 

Drop cookies by spoonfuls 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Watch that the edges don't brown too much. Cool on wire racks.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes is a recipe pancakes served with maple syrup, toast and strawberries. My husband love it and i will make it again

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Preparation of Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. 

Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. 

Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. 

Brown on both sides and serve hot.

Buttery Corn Bread was the best cornbread that I have ever made or tasted! It was moist and sweet and easy to prepare. I will be making this again and again. I shared this with some friends, who all agreed that it is excellent.

Ingredients
2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 2/3 cups milk
2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cornmeal
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation of Buttery Corn Bread 
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. 

Combine the eggs and milk. Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with egg mixture.

Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. 

Bake at 400 degrees F for 22-27 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cut into squares; serve warm.

Burger or Hot Dog Buns are awesome recipe. I just threw everything in the bread machine and had perfect hot dog buns. Wont be buying store-bought anymore...

Ingredients
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 (.25 ounce) package instant yeast
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 egg

Preparation of Burger or Hot Dog Buns
In a small saucepan, heat milk, water and butter until very warm, 120 degrees F (50 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix together 1 3/4 cup flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Mix milk mixture into flour mixture, and then mix in egg. 

Stir in the remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, beating well after each addition. 

When the dough has pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes.

Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Shape into smooth balls, and place on a greased baking sheet. Flatten slightly. Cover, and let rise for 30 to 35 minutes.

Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.

For Hot Dog Buns: Shape each piece into a 6x4 inch rectangle. Starting with the longer side, roll up tightly, and pinch edges and ends to seal. 

Let rise about 20 to 25 minutes. Bake as above. These buns are pretty big. I usually make 16 instead of 12.

Belles Hamburger Buns a nice hamburger bun recipe. My family and I really enjoyed it. I have read many of the reviews and think I can offer some help to those who are stuggling. You will have a very dense bun if you add too much flour. 

Ingredients of Belles Hamburger Buns
1 cup milk
1 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
5 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 (.25 ounce) envelope active dry yeast
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon water

Preparation of Belles Hamburger Buns
Combine the milk, 1 cup of water, butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan. 

Bring to a boil then remove from the heat and let stand until lukewarm. If the mixture is too hot, it will kill the yeast.

In a large bowl, stir together the flour and yeast. Pour in wet ingredients and stir until the dough starts to pull together. 

If you have a stand mixer, use the dough hook to mix for about 8 minutes. If not, knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes. 

Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let stand until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

Punch down the dough and divide into 12 portions They should be a little larger than a golf ball. Make tight balls out of the dough by pulling the dough tightly around and pinching it at the bottom. 

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. After the rolls sit for a minute and relax, flatten each ball with the palm of your hand until it is 3 to 4 inches wide. 

You may want to oil your hand first. Set rolls aside until they double in size, about 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Mix together the egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of water in a cup or small bowl. 

Brush onto the tops of the rolls. Position 2 oven racks so they are not too close to the top or bottom of the oven.

Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove the rolls from the oven and return them to different shelves so each one spends a little time on the top. 

Continue to bake for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until nicely browned on the top and bottom.

Ingredients of Blueberry Coffee Cake I
1 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting

Preparation of Blueberry Coffee Cake I
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a Bundt pan well with cooking spray.

Make the streusel topping: Mix 1 brown cup sugar, 2/3 cup flour, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. 

Cut in 1/2 cup butter or margarine; topping mixture will be crumbly. Set aside.

For the cake: Beat 1/2 cup butter or margarine in large bowl until creamy; add 1 cup white sugar, and beat until fluffy. 

Beat in egg and vanilla. Whisk together 2 cups flour, baking powder, and salt; add alternately with the milk to the creamed mixture, beating well after each addition.

Spread half the batter in the prepared pan. Cover with berries, and add remaining batter by tablespoons. Cover with streusel topping.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 55 to 60 minutes, until deep golden brown. 

Remove pan to wire rack to cool. Invert onto a plate after cake has cooled, and dust with confectioners' sugar.

Biscotti  I also melted some chocolate chips in a shallow pan and dipped the bottoms. Better than store bought and very wonderful So easy Before I baked them, I sprinkled them with some crystal sprinkles.

Ingredients of Biscotti
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon anise extract, or 3 drops anise oil

Preparation of Biscotti
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, beat together the oil, eggs, sugar and anise flavoring until well blended. 

Combine the flour and baking powder, stir into the egg mixture to form a heavy dough. Divide dough into two pieces. 

Form each piece into a roll as long as your cookie sheet. 

Place roll onto the prepared cookie sheet, and press down to 1/2 inch thickness.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. Remove from the baking sheet to cool on a wire rack. 

When The cookies are cool enough to handle, slice each one crosswise into 1/2 inch slices. 

Place the slices cut side up back onto the baking sheet. Bake for an additional 6 to 10 minutes on each side. Slices should be lightly toasted.

Best Bruschetta Ever I also added some freshly diced onion for a little kick, and it was perfect. Also, I would let it set out for a bit after refrigeration, and serve it on garlic bread. Wonderful recipe

1 clove garlic, crushed

In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, dried basil, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, seasoning salt and ground black pepper. 

Cover and chill in the refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight, before serving.

Beef and Bean Chimichangas I make it for several parties and everyone raves about it. I save a step and mix the beans in with the burger mixture and just spoon on the tortilla. This is a great recipe to freeze.

Ingredients of Beef and Bean Chimichangas
1 pound lean ground beef
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1 1/2 cups whole kernel corn
2 cups taco sauce
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
8 (12 inch) flour tortillas
1 (16 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tablespoon butter, melted
shredded lettuce
1 tomato, diced

Preparation of Beef and Bean Chimichangas
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease, and add the onion, bell pepper, and corn. Cook for about 5 more minutes, or until vegetables are tender. 

Stir in the taco sauce, and season with chili powder, garlic salt and cumin, stirring until blended. 

Cook until heated through, then remove from heat, and set aside.

Open the can of beans, and spread a thin layer of beans onto each of the tortillas. 

Spoon the beef mixture down the center, and then top with as much shredded cheese as you like. 

Roll up the tortillas, and place them seam-side down onto a baking sheet. Brush the tortillas with melted butter.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. 

Serve with lettuce and tomato.

2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/3 cups canned pumpkin puree
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup white sugar
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 cup walnut pieces (optional)

Preparation of Banana Pumpkin Bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, stir together the mashed banana, eggs, oil, pumpkin, honey and sugar. 

Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pie spice and cinnamon, stir  into the banana mixture until just combined. 

Fold in the raisins and walnuts if desired. Pour batter into the prepared pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. 

Cool loaf in the pan for 10 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely.

Banana Banana Bread I mix in other mushy fruit like apples and mangoes. Once I added 1 cup frozen blueberries and believe it or not it was absolutely incredible. This one is a keeper.

1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas

Preparation of Banana Banana Bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. 

Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. 

Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. 

Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
